(“BILDITT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates an intelligent talent discovery and workforce scaling ecosystem consisting of TalentHub (for job candidates and career seekers), BussinessHub (for corporate recruiters and hiring leaders), and e-Guruchill AI Tools (including our Applicant Tracking System scoring engine and AI Resume Builder).

This Privacy Policy applies to all users worldwide who access our websites, web applications, edge APIs, and services. By registering an account, submitting a resume, or publishing a corporate talent requisition, you acknowledge the collection and processing of your information as outlined herein.

With Verified Employers: When a candidate publishes a profile or applies to an opportunity, registered employers who have completed verification on BussinessHub are granted view access to professional details, contact info, and attached resume documents.

Service Providers: We employ trusted cloud infrastructure providers (Supabase Cloud, Edge Runtime services) strictly bound by data processing agreements requiring state-of-the-art encryption and regulatory compliance.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by applicable statutory law, judicial summons, or to protect the vital security of users against illegal activity.

BILDITT utilizes enterprise-grade Supabase Cloud infrastructure with zero-trust database protections:

• End-to-End Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest utilizing AES-256 standard encryption.
• Postgres Row-Level Security (RLS): Granular SQL policies guarantee candidates can only edit their own profiles and recruiters can only inspect authorized candidates.
• Role-Segregated Tokens: Service role keys are kept strictly server-side and never exposed to client browser runtimes.

We retain candidate profile data as long as your account remains active to provide continuous job matches and alert updates. If an account remains inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months without candidate login, we dispatch a notification offering archive options prior to automatic anonymization.

Upon submission of a deletion request to privacy@bilditt.com, all associated resume binaries, personal identifiers, and evaluation histories are hard-deleted within thirty (30) days.

BILDITT uses standard browser cookies and localStorage solely to preserve active user sessions, retain your selected hiring location (e.g. Bengaluru, Remote), and remember form progression states during registration. We do not engage in cross-site tracking across unrelated third-party websites.
